Fit Camp Upper Body- A toning and strengthening class specific to the upper body.

Fit Camp Back, Bicep, Butt- A class designed to target and work specific muscle groups to fatigue. Each class will
work the back, biceps and butt.

Fit Camp Lower Body-A workout that targets those loose ends with intense legs and abdominal work.

Cardio Kickboxing-a fun, intense and exciting non contact program designed with an athletic warm up, a cardio
section, using intervals of kick boxing drills, followed by work recovery.

Kickboxing/Core Fusion-Non contact Punch, Kick & Jab style. Sculpt, strengthen, and stabilize your whole body.
Emphasis is on abdominal and core muscles.

Cardio Fuse-A mixture of various activities to include drumming, dance, sports conditioning, etc.  Designed to get your
heart pumping and keep you moving.

Core Fusion-Ultimate ab workout! Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body's overall functional strength,
balance and coordination.

Intro to Fitness-Designed for the non-member to introduce them to various elements of health and fitness.
