Working with trainer Dann Soloman, personal clients will develop an intense personal workout program designed to achieve their individual goals. In addition to custom workouts, our staff is also available to assist with food choices and home work outs in order to assist our clients with achieving a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Many of Dann’s clients have seen dramatic results from only 3 work outs a week combined with healthy eating.
